Benefits Administrator

• The Employee Navigator Database Manager is responsible for the strategic build,
• configuration, integration, and ongoing optimization of benefits administration
• platform Employee Navigator, and similar systems.
• This role serves as the technical backbone of enrollment operations, ensuring seamless
• database performance, accurate eligibility configuration, and successful carrier
• integrations (EDI/API). You will work cross-functionally with implementation, enrollment,
• and service teams to deliver a technology-driven, people-focused enrollment
• experience.

What success look like in this role

• Zero or near-zero critical enrollment errors during Open Enrollment
• Accurate and timely database builds aligned with plan design
• Successful EDI/API integrations with minimal rework
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex discrepancies
• Strong partnership with enrollment and implementation teams
• High responsiveness during peak enrollment periods
• Continuous improvement of processes, automation, and documentation

Experience

• Minimum 2+ years experience building databases in:

• ○ Employee Navigator (preferred)
• ○ Ease, Selerix, Bswift, or similar platforms

• Proven experience with:

• ○ EDI file feeds and API integrations
• ○ Benefits administration systems and workflows

• Experience supporting:

• ○ Open Enrollment at scale
• ○ Multi-state or multi-client environments
