Sr Program Manager

The Program Manager is a skilled leader, responsible and accountable for the management of projects in the manufacturing environment, aimed at new products development or to customization of existing products. The Program Manager has no direct reports but will manage people indirectly. The PM is responsible for the schedule, cost, quality, customer satisfaction and technical performance of Products, using that successful execution to drive future growth. The PM proactively collaborate with cross‑functional input providers and output recipients (engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, etc.) to ensure commitments are met.
