About The Role
Bring your energy to Aggreko as a Credit Controller based in our Lomondgate depot . As a Credit Controller you will safeguard the organisation’s financial health by effectively managing credit risk, ensuring timely and accurate accounts receivable processes, and driving the collection of outstanding balances through robust analysis, proactive account management, and strong stakeholder engagement.

What you’ll do as a Credit Controller
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring all collections activity and account data is logged in the system
- Proactively manage customer accounts, chasing outstanding debt via phone and email to ensure adherence to agreed payment terms
- Support bad debt processes, including monitoring, reporting and write-off activity
- Log and resolve customer queries efficiently, maintaining clear records of all communications
- Contribute to debtor review processes, including weekly calls, and support new account setup and ongoing credit reviews
You are
- Proven experience in credit control and collections is essential, with a strong track record of managing customer accounts
- Solid understanding of credit checking processes and risk assessment principles
- Highly organised with strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Confident using multiple systems and Microsoft Office tools to manage workloads effectively
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
