Position Highlights Specialty: Anesthesiology with cardiac case capability Setting: Hospital-based at Sierra Medical Center (Tenet Healthcare / Hospitals of Providence) EMR: Cerner Patient Volume: Average 10 patients per day Call Schedule: 5–6 days per month with a post-call day off Solo Cases: Approximately 10% solo case mix Team Structure: Collaborative physician and CRNA practice model Cardiac Capabilities: Advanced cardiac program including open-heart surgery, bypass, angioplasty, and stent placement What We Offer Guaranteed salary with production bonus 10 weeks of paid time off (PTO) In-house billing, coding, and collections — no administrative burden on you Malpractice insurance provided Health, dental, and life insurance 401(k) with employer matching Deferred compensation program Relocation assistance Candidate Requirements MD or DO degree Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one Cardiac fellowship preferred but not required Why El Paso El Paso consistently ranks among the safest large cities in the United States, making it an exceptional place to plant roots and build a career.
