Senior Research Associate - Advanced Analytical Technology

Role & responsibilities Would be responsible for managing 1-2 people such as interns, apprentice or trainee Candidate would be responsible for ensuring required training for intern and trainees and daily supervision of work of trainees and interns and apprentice Expected to work on the bench and should have hands on experience for instruments such as HPLC, CE, SoloVPE related techniques. Knowledge on empower software and autointegration would be an advantage Would be involved in document preparation and review of MQP, MOA, MQR, Specification, analytical similarity studies Qualification: MSc/ MTech Experience Range: 5-8 years experience in analytical for biopharmaceuticals Should know method qualification for HPLC, CE, SoloVPE related techniques Technical Skill Requirement: Hands on experience for HPLC based methods such as SE HPLC, CEX HPLC, Poly 20 measurement, RP HPLC, SoloVPE analysis, Capillary Electrophoresis related based techniques such as CE SDS R & NR, cIEF. CE analysis on Maurice system would be an added advantage Soft Skill Requirement: Fluent in English Able to present technical data in internal meeting Able to facilitate required work by coordinating with cross functional team Able to provide required mentoring and guidance to juniors in the lab
