Sr Line Producer (Weekend)

Summary Entravision is seeking an experienced S enior Line Producer to lead our weekend newsroom for a national Spanish-language streaming news platform. This role combines exceptional live news production with hands-on newsroom leadership, serving as the editorial and operational lead during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate thrives in breaking news, leads by example, and can make fast, confident editorial decisions while mentoring and supporting producers and newsroom staff. Essential Functions Produce live daily newscasts and continuous breaking news coverage. Serve as the newsroom leader during assigned weekend shifts, ensuring editorial excellence and operational efficiency. Supervise, coach, and support producers, writers, assignment editors, and production teams throughout the shift. Make real-time editorial decisions during breaking news and coordinate newsroom resources accordingly. Maintain communication with Executive Producers and newsroom leadership regarding major developing stories and editorial priorities. Build and manage rundowns while ensuring shows remain accurate, dynamic, and on schedule. Partner closely with graphic designers to create compelling visual storytelling and innovative production elements. Integrate digital, streaming, and social media content into live broadcasts. Foster collaboration, accountability, and a positive newsroom culture in a fast-paced environment.
