Promotions Technician

Summary: Entravision is seeking a reliable and motivated Promotions Technician to support station events, live broadcasts, and promotional activities. This role also provides general office assistance and plays a key part in representing the station within the community. Key Responsibilities: Operate station vehicles and promotional equipment in a safe and responsible manner. Ensure proper maintenance and safe handling of all vehicles, equipment, and promotional tools. Execute on-site promotional activities, including station events and marketing campaigns. Assist with live broadcasts and remote activations on a regular basis. Safeguard promotional materials and listener prizes; ensure accurate and appropriate distribution during events and remotes. Maintain compliance with company policies, contest rules, and event regulations. Perform basic troubleshooting of sound systems and broadcast equipment (training provided). Arrive on time and prepared for all scheduled events and assignments. Provide general administrative and office support as needed.
