Position # : 9007143 Expected Start Date: To be Determined; Posted until Filled Union: SUN Facility: Arcola Health Centre City/Town: Arcola Department: Community Clinics&Programs Type: Full-time regular FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days, Standby Hours of Work: 224 hours per 6 weeks Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: No Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse Practitioner $52.590 to $62.910 Travel Required: No Human Resources Exemption: No Experience 3 years experience as an RN in primary care, public health or acute care Minimum of one (1) year nursing experience in a primary health setting Education Master of Nursing - Nurse Practitioner (MN-NP) Licenses Basic Cardiac Life Support Level C Certificate (BCLS) Knowledge and Abilities Ability to provide holistic care to individuals,families & the community Demonstrates empathy, trust and respect in the provision of care Decision making through the application of knowledge and critical thinking Excellent public relations skills Demonstrates ability in verbal and non-verbal communication techniques Ability to adapt to and implement change Has demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills.
