About The Role

Our client is seeking a creative and hands-on Digital Content & Campaign Manager to take full ownership of their CMS and promotional content across all player touchpoints. This role is pivotal in ensuring campaigns are visually engaging, effectively communicated, and aligned with both business objectives and the overall player experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end deployment of onsite and offsite content, including banners, promotional pages, Telegram messages, and push notifications. This involves close collaboration with CRM, design, and localization teams to deliver compelling and accurate communications to players.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage CMS tools and ensure seamless updates of onsite content, promotional pages, banners, and campaign materials.
  • Build and publish promotional pages, carousel banners, in-lobby banners, loyalty sections, and other campaign elements with clarity, consistency, and visual appeal.
  • Write and localize promotional content across multiple channels, including web, mobile, Telegram, and more.
  • Coordinate the deployment and maintenance of CRM content in line with campaign calendars, working closely with CRM campaign managers.
  • Conduct QA of all content before campaigns go live, ensuring accuracy and a smooth player experience.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and tech teams to recommend front-end improvements based on campaign needs and usability.
  • Manage content updates in external channels such as Telegram and mobile push platforms.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in content management, CRM, or digital campaign roles, preferably within online gaming or other fast-paced digital industries.
  • Expertise in CMS tools and content publishing workflows.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and localization abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of online casino and sportsbook player journeys, bonus structures, and promotional mechanics.
  • Experience in executing multi-channel campaigns (email, push, onsite, Telegram, etc.).
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional projects under tight deadlines.
  • A proactive and accountable mindset, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Familiarity with basic HTML and design tools is considered an asset.
