People Partner Intern

• Your main duties in flying with us

• Support operational processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee movements, and offboarding activities
• Assist in maintaining and analyzing people-related data to generate insights and support decision-making
• Prepare and manage HR reports, dashboards, and documentation with a high level of accuracy
• Support the execution of People Partner initiatives and projects, including employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development programs
• Perform administrative and ad-hoc tasks as required to support the People Partner team

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare

• Final-year student or fresh graduate able to commit at least 6 months internship period
• Good proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data manipulation, and reporting
• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
