About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to US-based clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining excellent communication and customer service standards.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Customer Service Representative
- C2 or near-native English proficiency required
- Previous experience working directly with US clients
- Immediate availability and ability to work regular office hours
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Reliable internet connection and professional work ethic
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Legal, Medical, or Real Estate industries is highly valued
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to US-based clients
- Manage calendars, appointments, emails, and follow-ups
- Handle customer service inquiries and maintain professional client communication
- Organize files, records, and daily operational tasks
- Support internal processes with accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Coordinate schedules and assist with task prioritization
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications
- Ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities
