About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to US-based clients. Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Customer Service Representative
  • C2 or near-native English proficiency required
  • Previous experience working directly with US clients
  • Immediate availability and ability to work regular office hours
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Reliable internet connection and professional work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Legal, Medical, or Real Estate industries is highly valued

  • Provide administrative and operational support to US-based clients
