About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Relations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive timely updates, clear communication, and a smooth experience throughout their case process.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to client calls, messages, and inquiries, maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate and timely case status updates to clients.
- Follow up consistently with insurance adjusters to ensure progress on claims.
- Coordinate and follow up with medical providers regarding treatment and documentation.
- Send documents to clients for signature and ensure proper completion and tracking.
- Maintain organized records of all communications and case updates.
Qualifications
- Strong client communication and customer service skills, with the ability to keep clients informed, reassured, and supported throughout the settlement process.
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to calendar follow-ups, monitor deadlines, and manage reminders effectively.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and problem-solving mindset.
