About The Role
We are seeking a Front Office Specialist to join our Law Firm and serve as the first point of contact for clients. This role is essential in creating a professional, welcoming, and efficient environment while supporting daily front desk operations and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages in a professional and courteous manner
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing clear and empathetic information about legal services and processes
- Assist with client inquiries and ensure a positive client experience
- Resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary
- Coordinate with legal and administrative teams to ensure smooth office operations
- Maintain an organized and efficient front office environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new digital tools
