Medical Scriber

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Scribe to support the review and validation of patient medical records. The ideal candidate will have a strong medical background, excellent English proficiency, and the ability to ensure accuracy and compliance with clinical documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate patient medical records for accuracy, completeness, and clinical consistency
• Ensure documentation aligns with current medical guidelines and standards of care
• Perform routine internal audits of medical records
• Identify inconsistencies or missing information in patient documentation
• Support quality assurance processes for medical record accuracy
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with medical data regulations
• Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to improve documentation quality

Requirements

• C2 / near-native English proficiency required
• Previous experience in the medical field required (Medical Doctor preferred)
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical documentation
• High attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work with accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and organizational skills
