About The Role

Technician Road T&L with Spanish Are you passionate about logistics and transport operations? Join ArcelorMittal Business Center of Excellence and become part of an international team responsible for ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and on-time road transportation across our supply chain. As a Technician Road T&L, you will play a key role in coordinating transport activities, optimizing logistics processes, and collaborating with internal stakeholders, customers, and transport providers to ensure smooth daily operations. Your Responsibilities Plan and coordinate road transport operations, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries. Create loading instructions and manage transport schedules based on customer requirements and operational priorities. Issue and process transport orders while ensuring all transport documentation is completed accurately. Monitor transport execution and proactively address delays, disruptions, or delivery issues. Analyze transport costs and identify opportunities for process optimization and cost savings. Select and coordinate transport providers based on service quality, contractual agreements, and operational needs. Track transport performance and ensure compliance with key operational KPIs. Collaborate closely with Production, Purchasing, Customer Service, Sales, and other internal teams to support business requirements. Maintain regular communication with transport companies and external logistics partners. Manage transport incidents and coordinate corrective actions, including replacement deliveries when necessary. Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the optimization of transport and logistics processes. Participate in the implementation of new transport management systems and tools. Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and company procedures. Prepare reports and analyze transport performance, costs, and operational discrepancies. Maintain accurate transport records and operational documentation. What We Are Looking For Fluent Spanish (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2), both written and spoken. Previous experience in Logistics, Transportation, Dispatching, Freight Forwarding, or a related field. Strong understanding of road transport and logistics operations. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing business needs. Proactive problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement orientation. Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, and transportation management systems such as Transporeon or similar tools will be considered an asset.
