About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our Digital Marketing team at AirAsia Move. This role combines strategic sales analysis with partnership development to drive revenue growth by leveraging our LOBs to create comprehensive travel solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, developing airline partnerships, and crafting compelling travel packages that maximize customer value and business profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Performance & Analytics
- Monitor daily sales performance metrics across all product lines and channels
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps
- Generate comprehensive reports on revenue performance, conversion rates, and market opportunities
- Develop actionable insights to optimize sales strategies and improve business outcomes
- Track and analyze competitor pricing and market positioning
Partnership Development & Management
- Identify and evaluate potential airline partnership opportunities aligned with business objectives
- Negotiate and secure promotional campaigns and special deals with airline partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key airline stakeholders and decision-makers
- Develop partnership strategies that enhance AirAsia Move's competitive positioning
Package Development & Campaign Management
- Collaborate with hotel team to create compelling flight + hotel packages and integrated travel solutions
- Execute end-to-end campaign development from concept to launch with airline partners
- Optimize package pricing strategies and develop marketing strategies for new offerings
- Monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to maximize revenue
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Conduct market research to identify emerging travel trends and consumer preferences
- Analyze customer booking patterns and behavior to inform product development
- Evaluate new business opportunities within the OTA landscape
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on market insights
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in account management, preferably in travel/hospitality industry
- Proven track record in OTA operations or airline industry partnerships
- Experience with digital marketing campaigns and performance analytics
