Registered Nurse | Surgery

Summary Join the Surgery team in Redwood Falls! This position includes varied duties with a focus on admitting and discharging. The department leadership is dedicated to fostering a culture of safety, kindness, and collaboration, ensuring a stable and caring environment for both patients and staff. Coordinate and/or supervise care by other professionals on your team. Perform duties related to assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating as you deliver patient care. Assess and plan for the educational needs of the patient/client and families. Schedule Casual position working varied weekday, Day shifts | No set schedule No call, weekends or holidays Pay Pay based on experience and degree - Pay range: $42.86 - $71.51 per hour Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $42.86 per hour Bachelors in nursing starting at $44.34 per hour Masters in nursing starting at $45.82 per hour Qualifications Associate degree in Nursing or higher Current Minnesota RN License Basic Life Support (BLS) Exception: inability to complete certification process related to health condition: must complete education portion of Basic Life Support Verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, patients/families and community resources.
