What will you be doing here?

Gestão técnica de projetos de retrabalhos e adaptações de fragrâncias em produtos cosméticos em geral.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

Terá como responsabilidade fazer a gestão técnica de projetos de retrabalhos e adaptações de fragrâncias em produtos cosméticos em geral, sendo um facilitador, destravando e alinhados processos além de dar ritmo junto aos avaliadores olfativos. Será ainda responsável pelas interfaces internas junto aos times de formulação, avaliação sensorial, segurança de produtos e eficácia, além de fazer a interface externa com as principais casas de fragrância.

• Experiência prévia robusta em projetos de inovação de cosméticos, conhecimento sobre diferentes formulações e suas interações com fragrâncias, noções sobre segurança, regulatórios e testes sensoriais de produtos cosméticos, conhecimentos sobre problemáticas relacionadas a fragrâncias, e noções do processo de avaliação olfativa e suas etapas.
• Habilidade no manejo e gestão de dados de alto volume (planilhas complexas, dashboards, etc), construir, acompanhar e comunicar indicadores
• Gerir tarefas em time: liderar, mobilizar e dar ritmo das tarefas para o time de projetos
• Boa organização, multitarefa, senso de urgência, bom relacionamento, liderança e proatividade
