What will you be doing here?

Avaliação olfativa de retrabalhos e adaptações de fragrâncias em produtos cosméticos em geral.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

Terá como responsabilidade principal a avaliação olfativa de retrabalhos e adaptações de fragrâncias nas mais diversas bases de produtos cosméticos, atuando internamente junto aos times de formulação, avaliação sensorial, segurança de produtos e eficácia, além de fazer a interface externa com as principais casas de fragrância

• G raduação em Química, Farmácia, Engenharias ou formações correlatas.
• Experiência prévia em avaliação olfativa (mínimo 5 anos): vivência em retrabalhos e adaptações de fragrância em diferentes tipos de bases cosméticas
• Responsável pela avaliação olfativa de reformulações e adaptações de uma ampla variedade de tipos de bases de produtos cosméticos, orientando e garantindo que uma experiência olfativa adequada seja entregue de forma consistente ao consumidor e mantida ao longo do tempo.
• Profissional atento aos detalhes, capaz de organizar dados de diversos projetos, realizar múltiplas tarefas e solucionar problemas, mantendo sempre um senso claro de prioridades e foco. Deve trabalhar bem em equipe e com supervisão mínima. É necessário ter facilidade em pacote básico de sistemas, manter controles de acompanhamento (trackers) e comunicar claramente as conclusões.
• Habilidades de resolução de problemas, relacionamento interpessoal, trabalho em equipe, boa comunicação (oral e escrita), perfil multitarefa, organização.
• Desejável: conhecimentos em testes sensoriais
