LIMS Development Lead

Element has an opportunity for a LIMS Development Lead to join our growing technology team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for delivering high-quality LIMS solutions while leading and developing a team of engineers supporting our laboratory systems. As a working manager, you will actively contribute to development efforts while providing day-to-day leadership, coaching, and oversight of both internal and contract developers.
