Department Supervisor (Route Drivers)

Element Materials Technology Fort Wayne has an opportunity for a Field Services Department Supervisor/Route Coordinator. The Department Supervisor is a key member of the field services department and is responsible for daily route planning as well as management of the fleet vehicles, warehouse, and testing supplies. The Department Supervisor leads a team of at least 8 field technicians and is directly responsible for ensuring that samples are collected and returned to the laboratory on time. In addition to route planning and staff supervision, the Department Supervisor must be able to properly collect and handle client samples when field service needs require on route assistance with sample pickup or collection.
