Position Title: Quality Conformance Management Fuselage Equipping Intern

Department: Fuselage Equipping Quality ACOQ83

Report to: HO FET & Phase IV QCM

Project management inside FET QCM

✔ AI-Powered FE NC Analysis System

• Collect the interface requirements from different users
• Collaborate with IT department to build a suitable system according to the shopfloor’s needs
• Ensure the coaching of interface utilization
• Collect the Q&A and solve problems with IT

✔ FET NC reduction project - Quality moonshot

• Collect the defined improvement actions from all departments
• Create the follow up dashboard
• Organize the regular review meetings

Daily Operational responsible

• ✔ Quarterly newsletter information collection and PPT preparation
• ✔ Quarterly IDEAs submission
• ✔ Monthly dashboard follow-up

Qualifications

• ✔ Aeronautics education
• ✔ Quality education is a plus

Basic Skills

• ✔ Fluent in English
• ✔ French and/or German would be a plus.
• ✔ Experience in multi-functional teams,
• ✔ Quality knowledge and mindset

Soft Skills

• ✔ Ability to work in an international team, with people from various cultural backgrounds, and
• across organizational borders,
• ✔ Ability to face time-critical and challenging situations
• ✔ Excellent communication skills, team-minded attitude and professionalism

Technical Skills

✔Office skills.

✔ IT skills.

Internship period: Minimum 6 Months.

Working Hour: 8:00 to 16:45 from Monday to Friday

Working place: Airbus Final Assembly Line office and Airbus Office inside FET/BouTIC Equipping Hanger
