The Role

Senior Talent Partner

Chapter 2 is looking for a Senior Talent Partner (Sales) to join our growing team, embedded within a leading fintech organization. We’re seeking someone passionate about sales, collaborative by nature, and hands on in their approach. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, able to articulate strategy clearly, and drive talent acquisition efforts that align with business goals. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy partnering closely with sales teams to find top talent, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities and Contributions

  • Partnering with hiring managers to define hiring strategies for Sales roles.
  • Sourcing exceptional talent through creative, data-driven outreach
  • Managing full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer
  • Driving exceptional candidate experience throughout
  • Building and iterating on our hiring processes to scale with speed and quality
  • Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring efforts
  • Leveraging ATS and recruitment analytics to optimize funnels and reporting.
  • Identifying and experimenting with new sourcing channels, tools, and technologies

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in sales roles
  • Proven track record of hiring across Sales, Solutions Sales, and Product
  • Passion for Technology with a solid understanding of sales cycle
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, can-do attitude
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
