This role manages the full candidate-to-employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless, complaint, and efficient onboarding experience through coordination of orientations, licensing classes, background screenings, pre-employment processing, audit-ready recordkeeping, regulatory compliance, and uniform distribution to support immediate workforce readiness.
