SOC Operator - GRAVE Shift

DESCRIPTION: Alarm and Video Evaluation Response Team (AVERT) dispatch role. The AVERT Security Operations Analyst is responsible for real-time alarm validation, video review, and incident coordination across the Southwest region. The Analyst uses security platforms, investigative tools, and operational databases to assess events, support field responses, and ensure accurate documentation. This role contributes to situational awareness, identifies system or device issues, and assists with incident reviews and trend analysis. Operating in a fast-paced environment, the Analyst helps maintain AVERT standards, supports interdepartmental communication, and reinforces the effectiveness of the Security Operations Center.
