Key Responsibilities
- Telephone selling to reach out to potential clients through cold calls both new corporate and individual customer
- Demonstrate how our products can best address client needs
- Explore a new markets and business opportunities in order to sell products and services
- Use pre-written scripts to showcase our products to possible customers, learning what their needs are and keeping the customer engaged
- Keep standard of the communication and secure sales an appointment for sales team to follow-up Update and record the customer information in a database.
- Create daily sales report and update
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Outbound Telesales
- Strong sense of self-motivation, adaptability and initiative
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Enthusiastic and can-do attitude
- Proactive and target oriented
