A GREAT OPPORTUNITY AT W VERBIER LE SPA – OPEN 365 DAYS A YEAR Key Responsibilities Take full responsibility for the operational and financial results of the Spa, ensuring profitability and driving development. Ensure the W experience in accordance with brand standards and with the LQA and FORBES standards. Develop marketing strategy, build member loyalty, enrich the programming, maintain customer relationships. Create and develop treatment concepts, partnerships, and innovative offers. Analyze sales and financial reports monthly; propose recommendations based on market, seasonality, competition, and trends. Build an effective Talent structure to maintain productivity and efficiency ratios. Collaborate with the marketing leadership to develop the annual plan, coordinate promotional offers. Ensure internal and external visibility. Ensure strict compliance with Swiss hygiene and safety regulations as well as group standards. Guarantee maintenance of equipment and facilities. Handle guest requests and complaints professionally. Implement a structured training program for Talents (permanent staff, seasonal, extras), conduct performance reviews, manage scheduling, attendance, leave, and absences. Experience in luxury hospitality. Fluent in French and English. Experience in a seasonal establishment is an advantage. Great attention to detail and a real passion for delivering a memorable experience. Due to visa regulations, only applications from Switzerland and the European Union will be considered.
