Quality Assurance Executive/Warehouse QA Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Responsibilities in conduct regular inventory audits to ensure the accuracy of inventory records.
• Analyze data to identify discrepancies and issues in inventory.
• Develop and implement best practices for inventory management and quality control.
• Work with warehouse operations teams to improve inventory management processes.
• Prepare and submit detailed inventory reports, providing key data to management.
• Assist in training and guiding warehouse staff to ensure adherence to inventory control procedures.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from superior from time to time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems will be an advantage.
