IT Infrastructure Associate-Bangkok

Key Responsibilities

• Support Infrastructure Operations

• Assist in monitoring and maintaining servers, network devices, and end-user hardware under supervision.

• Network & System Support

• Respond to basic network connectivity issues; assist with OS updates, user account management, and backup tasks.
• → ตอบสนองต่อปัญหาการเชื่อมต่อเครือข่ายเบื้องต้น; ช่วยในการอัปเดตระบบปฏิบัติการ จัดการบัญชีผู้ใช้ และงานสำรองข้อมูล

• Asset & Documentation

• Record and track IT assets (computers, printers, etc.) in the inventory system; maintain simple documentation.
• → บันทึกและติดตามสินทรัพย์ไอที (คอมพิวเตอร์, เครื่องพิมพ์ ฯลฯ) ในระบบสต๊อก; จัดทำเอกสารเบื้องต้น

• User Assistance

• Provide first-line support to employees for hardware/software issues (e.g., password reset, printer setup).
• → ให้บริการสนับสนุนระดับแรกแก่พนักงานสำหรับปัญหาฮาร์ดแวร์/ซอฟต์แวร์ (เช่น รีเซ็ตรหัสผ่าน, ตั้งค่าเครื่องพิมพ์)

Qualifications

• Education : Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

ปริญญาตรีหรือ diploma สาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• Experience : 0–2 years of relevant experience (internship / co-op counts!). Fresh graduates welcome.

• Technical Basics :
• Familiar with Windows/Linux desktop environments
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
• Can use Excel, Outlook, and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
