Warehouse Supervisor-Thailand

Key Responsibilities

• 1.Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
• 2.Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance and productivity targets.
• 3.Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• 4.Enforce compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and OSHA standards.Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
• 5.Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• 6.Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipping errors, or operational bottlenecks.
• 7.Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software to track inventory and generate reports.
• 8.Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports (e.g., productivity, error rates, inventory levels).
• 9.Ensure proper handling and storage of goods, especially temperature-sensitive or hazardous materials (if applicable).
• 10.Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.

Qualifications

• 1.High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is a plus.
• 2.Minimum of 2-4 years of warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• 3.Proficiency in using WMS, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, ), and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• 4.Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and warehouse safety standards.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• 5.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands (standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, etc.).
• 6.Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
