About The Role
Description of the Role
Coordinate the day-to-day operations of logistics facilities while overseeing the end-to-end launch of new logistics hubs across the country, ensuring compliance, safety, operational efficiency, and adherence to deadlines and budgets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse facilities, documentation, vendor invoices and maintenance records.
- Oversee contracts and relationships with vendors (security, cleaning, maintenance, equipment).
- Coordinate procurement, inventory of consumables/equipment, and payment/delivery processes.
- Ensure health & safety compliance and optimize space and operating costs.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance activities with the Facilities Manager.
- Lead hub openings: site selection, technical due diligence, define infrastructure/equipment needs, coordinate internal/external stakeholders, manage schedule, budget and go‑live testing.
- Document launch processes, build national playbook and train local teams on standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in project management, logistics, engineering or related field.
- 3+ years in facility management and/or logistics/infrastructure project management.
- Proven experience opening logistics centers or industrial platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficient with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.).
- Professional English; willingness to travel up to 50%.
Preferred
- E‑commerce/express logistics experience, multi-site/international exposure.
- PMP, Prince2 or equivalent certification.
