  • Ensure team compliance with safety procedures, reducing workplace accidents and operational errors.

  • Inspect product quality, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer requirements.

  • Implement and monitor safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.

  • Report and resolve operational issues, including equipment malfunctions, inventory errors, and shipping delays.
  • 工作经验/Work Experience
  • 至少2年仓库运营经验,具备团队管理经验者优先。
  • At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, with prior team leadership experience preferred.
  • 技能要求
  • 能够操作仓库设备(如叉车、托盘搬运车)者优先。
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) is a plus.
  • 掌握基本的计算机技能,能够使用库存管理和运输软件
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management and shipping software
  • 熟练使用 Microsoft Office(Excel、Word、PPT)进行数据管理和报告。
