As a Demi Chef de Partie , you will contribute to the culinary artistry that defines The St. Regis dining experience. You will prepare refined dishes with precision, uphold exceptional standards of quality and presentation, and support the smooth operation of your section. This role is ideal for a passionate, detail‑oriented culinary professional dedicated to excellence in a luxury environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes, quality expectations, and presentation guidelines Create special meals or substitutes as required, ensuring dietary needs are met Regulate cooking equipment including ovens, grills, broilers, and roasters Monitor food quality and quantity throughout preparation and service Maintain food logs and adhere to safety and hygiene standards Prepare cold foods and support mise‑en‑place for your section Communicate effectively during busy periods and request assistance when needed Support stock management by reporting shortages and maintaining organised storage Assist with training and coaching, serving as a role model within the brigade Core Competencies We are seeking a refined and passionate culinary professional who embodies the essence of luxury hospitality.
