As Concierge , you will be a key ambassador of the hotel, delivering exceptional, personalised service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. You will play a pivotal role in connecting guests to the very best of London, anticipating their needs and curating seamless arrangements that reflect the elegance and sophistication of the St. Regis brand. This role is ideal for an engaging and service‑oriented individual who thrives on exceeding expectations and building meaningful guest connections. Key Responsibilities Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services, including transportation, dining reservations and personal services etc. Anticipate and fulfil unique guest needs, ensuring a seamless and personalised experience Provide expert knowledge of the hotel and surrounding area, including local attractions, events and experiences Handle all guest calls, messages and requests efficiently, ensuring timely follow‑up and resolution Coordinate with internal departments (e.g. Housekeeping, Front Office, Bell Services) to deliver exceptional service Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and update logbooks with relevant information Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, empathy and a solution‑focused approach Maintain clear and professional communication at all times, both written and verbal Uphold brand standards in guest engagement, appearance and service delivery Support the team in achieving service excellence and operational efficiency Core Competencies We are seeking a confident and personable individual who embodies the spirit of luxury hospitality. You will bring enthusiasm, local knowledge and a genuine passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences. You should have: Previous experience in a Concierge role within a luxury hotel environment A strong passion for customer service and guest engagement Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond with personalised solutions Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Knowledge of London, including key attractions, dining and cultural experiences (advantageous) Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast‑paced environment Professional presentation and a warm, approachable manner A collaborative mindset and ability to build positive working relationships At The St. Regis London , our Hosts are the heartbeat of our legacy of exceptional service.
