What You Will Do
This position will manage Nissha Medical Technologies Manufacturing Operations at our Colorado Springs location. The ideal candidate’s primary responsibilities will include providing oversight to Production, Manufacturing Engineering and Supply Chain in order to develop and improve manufacturing methods, systems, and processes to produce a high-quality product at optimal cost.
- Follow Employee guidelines and Quality System Regulations as defined by Nissha Medical Technologies practices, policies and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure that customer requirements and industry standards and regulations are met.
Demonstrate knowledge and act in accordance with NMT’s Employee Guidelines and applicable quality standards as outlined in NMT’s Quality Manual.
- Design and implement plans for the effective use of material and labor resources to achieve manufacturing target
- Supervise the operations of manufacturing personnel to ensure a manufacturing process is within budget and time schedule
- Oversee the hiring, orienting, and training of technical production employees to ensure a competent workforce
- Conduct studies and research to discover a more effective approach to production
- Oversee the regulation of work shifts to ensure proper workload distribution
- Monitor the manufacturing team to ensure operations are in compliance with health and safety standards
- Schedule the maintenance of production equipment and machines to ensure efficient operations
- Analyze and provide solutions to manufacturing challenges or problems
- Work with the quality assurance department to ensure product quality and specifications are consistent
- Conduct assessments to identify mechanical and procedural limitations that minimize work efficiency
- Monitor and control production processes to adjust operations in the event of a problem
- Oversee the procurement of raw materials and equipment required for manufacturing
Abide by all safety and security rules set forth by the company and regulatory agencies
Regular attendance is required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
Core Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Proven managerial experience.
The ability to manage manufacturing processes to ensure timely and cost-effective production.
Adept at coordinating the different stages of manufacturing to ensure seamless operations.
Excellent oral/written communication and people skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to influence results in a cross-functional organization.
Ability to provide change leadership and accelerate change.
Strong cross-functional team facilitation skills.
Project management skills.
Ability to perform in fast paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a Medical Device Manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
Previous experience in highly regulated environment is also strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this position is $90,000– $115,000/year. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
