CNC Machinist

Location: Keene, NH As a CNC Machinist with Janos Technologies, your primary responsibilities are as follows: Work from engineering drawings and process work instructions in accordance with established procedures, lean processes and standard work. Set up, operate and maintain CNC diamond turning machines in support of the production schedule. Collect, analyze, and report data for production processes requiring basic math and statistical knowledge. Manually clean optical surfaces using wipes and solvents Utilize metrology equipment to verify conformance of optical components to high precision specifications. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of relevant machining production experience Must be a US Person as defined by 22 CFR 120.15 (Citizen, Permanent Resident) Ability to setup and run CNC manufacturing equipment Possesses basic computer skills for entering data, reviewing process documentation, and operating computer-controlled equipment Ability to perform measurements on high precision components Must read, speak and understand English written instruction and documentation Working Conditions and Basic Requirements: 1 st Shift : 5:00AM to 3:30PM Monday through Thursday 2nd Shift : 3:15PM to 1:45AM Monday through Thursday May require occasional heavy lifting (> 30 lbs) or movement of objects up to 40 lbs. Involves exposure to chemicals and solvents. Safety Glasses & Latex Gloves are required.
