Field Service Engineer – North West England

At Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP) , we help protect patients and healthcare professionals worldwide. We’re looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer , ideally based in the North West England , to deliver expert support for our advanced medical systems. Territory: Northern England (M62 Corridor: Liverpool, Manchester, Preston, Leeds, Sheffield) What you’ll do: Perform maintenance, installations, and system validations Diagnose and resolve complex technical and connectivity/network issues Manage your service territory and customer relationships Support integration of equipment within hospital IT environments What you bring: Ideally experience working on low temperature sterilisaton systems 3+ years’ experience in field service or technical engineering Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Working knowledge of networking (IP, connectivity, interfaces) Customer-focused approach and ability to work independently Why ASP?
