Physician Home Care & Inpatient

As a hospice home care & inpatient physician, you will partner with clinical teammates to provide VITAS patients and families with high-quality care at the most challenging point in life. Through in-person visits and telehealth appointments, you will use your compassion, communication skills and deep expertise to build meaningful relationships with your patients and the people who love them. You will see the person behind each prognosis and create care plans centered around the patient’s wishes, needs and beliefs, often working in concert with the patient’s primary care physician. With a strong sense of commitment, you will advocate for your patients, discussing goals for their care while addressing their hopes and fears.
