Director of Development/Senior Director of Development

Baylor University is seeking a Director of Development or Senior Director of Development to support the mission of the university through donor engagement with the goal of soliciting gifts at the major gift level or higher with an emphasis on George W. Truett Theological Seminary. This position will operate as the primary liaison bridging the working relationship between the school and Advancement in support of philanthropic opportunities. This position may have management responsibilities and will serve on the Academic Unit management team to enhance philanthropic outcomes for BU and be a culture ambassador for our team, division, and institution.
