Senior Technical Applications Specialist (Northeast Region)

We are looking for a Senior Technical Applications Scientist, Bioinformatics to join our Technical Services team covering the Americas (AMR). This is a senior, customer-facing bioinformatics role that blends hands-on troubleshooting with technical subject matter expertise in bioinformatics workflows for long-read genomic data: you will be a first line of escalation for the broader Technical Applications and Field Bioinformatics teams, own bioinformatics support and onboarding for strategic accounts, and help standardize bioinformatics support for customers within AMR.
