Salary: Based on guidelines Department: Oncological Sciences Physical work location: Hess Center for Science and Medicine , 1470 Madison Ave, New York, NY 10029 Name PI or Supervisor: Eirini Papapetrou, , 212-824-9337 Web link to Lab: Web link to Department: Administrative Contact: Genevieve Joseph, Details of Research Project: Studying myeloid malignancies with human iPSCs: Technical Duties: (include any protocols) molecular biology, cell culture, mouse transplantation, data analysis, presentation and manuscript and grant writing perform experiments (including the generation, culture, hematopoietic differentiation and genetic modification of human pluripotent stem cells, molecular analyses, and xenograft experiments in mice), analyze and present data in lab meetings, institutional work-in-progress seminars and national and international conferences, and assist with preparation of manuscripts and grant applications. Educational and other Requirements for the position: PhD or MD, PhD Experience Required: molecular biology, cell culture, mouse transplantation, data analysis, presentation and manuscript and grant writing Goals/Outcomes of the Research Project: Completion of a research project, publications, presentations at conferences Compensation Statement The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides salary ranges that comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $74,692.00 - $80,000.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and operational need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
