About The Role

Provide visionary leadership and direction for the Epic revenue cycle applications team, including managers, analysts, and project staff. • Oversee the implementation, integration, and support of Epic revenue cycle modules such as Cadence/Prelude, Resolute Hospital and Professional Billing, Claims, and related applications for both outpatient and inpatient settings. • Collaborate with key stakeholders in revenue cycle and clinical operations to ensure alignment of Epic solutions with organizational objectives. • Establish and monitor performance metrics, ensuring the delivery of high-quality support, upgrades, and system enhancements while providing transparency to operations on the status of strategic initiatives. • Lead change management initiatives to maximize user adoption and system effectiveness. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, data security standards, and best practices in revenue cycle management. • Develop and manage budgets, resource allocation, and ven
