The Manufacturing Engineer III leads manufacturing engineering projects with minimal oversight, often implementing new machines or rebalancing lines. They provide strong technical expertise and project management skills. They are subject matter experts in tooling, automation, and programming, along with the ability to mentor junior engineers and collaborate across departments. Global Business System Team: As part of the Global Business Systems this position owns and governs standardized Engineering-to-Manufacturing processes, ensuring engineering intent is consistently translated into safe, efficient, and scalable manufacturing operations. This position serves as a key process owner and subject matter expert, collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, IT, change leaders, and the system integrator to execute process blueprinting, system enablement, change management, and user adoption.
