Leads, directs establishes and ensures quality, control and compliance with the Cost Management Plan, which in turn ensures the financial integrity and accuracy of financial controls and reporting for capital projects during the full life cycle of capital projects from the initial planning phase towards measuring the actual cost performance and project completion.
