Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Talent Acquisition team in the role of Consultant – Talent Acquisition Intermediate.

The Talent Acquisition Consultant – Intermediate serves as a strategic partner to the Specialty Nursing Recruitment Team, managing the full life cycle recruitment process for our nursing development departments. In this full-time, day-shift role, you will operate in a hybrid capacity from Monday through Friday, with on-site presence required at our downtown Indianapolis office as needed to support hiring initiatives. Your responsibilities include conducting comprehensive intake conversations with hiring leaders, designing and posting positions, and executing a full recruitment life cycle approach.
