Are you a design-savvy sales professional with an eye for luxury and a heart for service? We are expanding our team and seeking a talented, high-energy Sales Associate to join our Nashville showroom. In this role, you will represent a world-class portfolio of brands, including Kravet, Lee Jofa, Brunschwig & Fils, and Donghia.
Position summary
- Full-time sales position in a fast paced interior design showroom!
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Consultative Selling: Identify designer needs to suggest and sell curated product solutions across all categories (textiles, furniture, wallcoverings, carpet and lighting).
- Inspirational Presentation: Present luxury products in a professional, compelling, and inspirational manner that aligns with each brand’s unique aesthetic.
- Account Management: Diligently follow up on open quotes and leads to maximize conversion and achieve showroom sales goals.
- Business Development: Conduct regular outreach to reactivate dormant accounts and identify new target customer groups to drive territory growth.
- Digital Excellence: Utilize our CRM and proprietary systems to log interactions, manage order statuses, and provide seamless customer service.
- Work with road reps on partnership accounts and closely with a small showroom team.
