Occupational Health Advisor

We are looking to recruit 2.2 FTE (min 2 posts) experienced Occupational Health Advisors to join Cornwall Council’s Health and Wellbeing team. This is a fully flexible remote role, working Monday to Friday, focused on delivering high-quality occupational health case management for management referrals. The successful candidate will provide professional, evidence-based advice and support to help managers and employees navigate health-related matters at work, including fitness for work, workplace adjustments, attendance, and return-to-work planning.
