This role sits at the intersection of consulting, product, and commercial strategy — shaping how digital solutions are defined, positioned, and delivered to clients across industries.
Your Impact at dss+
You will lead the development and execution of digital go-to-market strategies, combining strategic vision, commercial leadership, and deep technical understanding.
You will work across regions and teams to drive adoption of digital solutions, strengthen consulting capabilities, and position dss+ as a leader in digital transformation.
Key Accountabilities
- Define and drive the go-to-market strategy for digital consulting offerings across regions and industries
- Identify market opportunities, customer drivers, and digital transformation needs, translating them into scalable solutions and business strategies
- Develop and evolve technology partnerships to strengthen the dss+ digital ecosystem
- Support product strategy, including positioning, pricing, and target audience definition
- Drive adoption of consultative, value-based digital selling approaches across sales teams
- Act as a senior subject matter expert for the digital portfolio, providing technical and strategic guidance across engagements
- Lead, coach, and develop regional consulting teams to strengthen digital capabilities and delivery quality
- Mentor and support sales and delivery teams in shaping opportunities and executing projects
- Engage and influence senior client stakeholders, including technical and business leadership
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to define and strengthen dss+ digital value proposition
- Capture insights and feedback from projects and clients to drive continuous improvement of offerings
- Contribute to thought leadership, leveraging data, analytics, and insights to position dss+ in the market
- Collaborate with marketing teams to shape internal and external communication and campaigns
