• This role focuses on delivering high-quality outcomes across transformation programmes in the Benelux region.
• You will play a key role in leading workstreams and applying your expertise to improve safety, operational performance, and Human Excellence (HumEx) across client organisations.
• As part of a growing BENE team, you will work closely with clients and colleagues to solve complex challenges while continuing to build your expertise and consulting impact.

• You will lead technical workstreams or specialist areas of delivery, applying your expertise to solve complex operational and cultural challenges.

You will

• Lead key workstreams across operational risk, HumEx, safety, and operational excellence
• Analyse client operations and diagnose performance and cultural gaps using data and on-site insights
• Develop and implement practical, people-centred solutions that deliver sustainable results
• Work closely with clients to drive adoption and behavioural change
• Support managers and senior leaders in delivering programmes and maintaining high-quality outcomes
• Contribute to knowledge development and best practice sharing across the team

• This role is based in Belgium (from our Ghent office or your home office) and requires frequent client travel, up to four days per week.
