Your Impact at dss+
You will play a key leadership role in growing our business in the Mining & Metals sector while delivering transformational impact for clients. Working closely with senior client stakeholders, you will shape strategic engagements, develop market opportunities, and lead high-performing teams across complex consulting programmes.
You will own the full lifecycle of engagements — from origination to delivery — ensuring high-quality outcomes, strong client relationships, and measurable, lasting impact.
Key Accountabilities
- Drive business development and expand strategic client relationships across Brazil and Latin America
- Build trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives in leading mining and metals organisations
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities, leading the full sales cycle from origination to closing
- Oversee and be accountable for the successful delivery of consulting engagements, ensuring quality, impact, and client satisfaction
- Lead key strategic components of projects, contributing directly to high-value problem solving and solution design
- Anticipate risks and challenges across engagements, ensuring proactive mitigation and strong governance
- Lead large-scale consulting engagements, ensuring delivery quality and measurable client impact
- Engage executive stakeholders to shape and implement transformation programmes across operational risk, operational excellence, and sustainability
- Identify and convert new opportunities within existing accounts, contributing to sustained revenue growth
- Lead and develop consulting teams, fostering high performance and capability building
- Contribute to industry positioning, thought leadership, and market growth in Mining & Metals
